The challenge
JPPH wanted an AI chatbot on their website. A separate team had built and trained the model; what was missing was the web layer that would carry it onto the site — and a way for staff to change how it looked without an engineer each time.
The approach
An embeddable widget that JPPH drops onto their site as a single line of code, injecting the chat and avatar into the page. Alongside it, a backoffice where their own staff control the avatar's name, header, icon, appearance and feedback controls.
What it took
Embeddable JS widget: one line of code on JPPH's site injects the chat interface and AI avatar into the page.
Backoffice admin application for customising the avatar's name, chat header, icon, appearance and thumbs up/down feedback — no engineering support needed.
Deployed to Cloud Run behind an internal load balancer, with CI/CD through Cloud Build into Artifact Registry.
Google Cloud Load Balancer and Cloud Armor for DDoS protection.
Delivered to the client.
